Shipping Options

You have the choice between standard shipping and express shipping, depending on your order items and location. Please note that tracking may not be available for every step of the delivery process, as some orders may be handed over to local carriers for the final leg of delivery.

 

Shipping Address

Ensure that your shipping address is correct and current. Certain items may require delivery to physical addresses, and products with age-based restrictions, valuables, perishables, or those shipped via private carriers may also need signature confirmation or a physical mailing address for successful delivery. Additionally, some merchandise partners may not ship products to P.O. boxes, and delivery to security-restricted areas such as military bases is not possible.

Shipping Time And Cost

1) Upon successful payment and confirmation of your order, you’ll see the estimated delivery time and shipping cost on your order confirmation page. You’ll also receive an order confirmation message outlining the estimated processing time.

2) Order processing at the warehouse may take 1-2 days and your order will be delivered in 3-5 days. You’ll be notified once your order is shipped.

3) Upon shipment, you’ll receive a notification with the estimated delivery time for each package and tracking number. You can view this information in your order history.

4) While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery time, actual delivery dates may be affected by factors such as flight arrangements and weather conditions. For the latest updates, refer to the tracking information.

 

Issues Regarding Delivery

If your package hasn’t been delivered within 3 to 7 days or if the tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received it, please contact customer service within 90 days of the order date for assistance.
